England  Scotland Ireland	Black Kookaburra This bird was first seen at 6.50am 17/11/2009.  I believe it had just recently left the nest as a fledging.  I have watched it progress through its first moult where it has lost the black colour and is now the same colour as its brothers and sisters.  This bird is still recognisable due to the grey/blue coloured pigmentation in the wings rather than a strong blue.
